Each individual is expected to participate in the Workshop for his region. Workshop Leaders will pose four questions: 1. What needs to be done in your city to improve the conditions of Negro and other minority group citizens? Immediate? Long-range? · 2. Who are the people who can make the decisions to do something about changes ·which need to be made? 3. Why don't they make the decisions? 4. What can be done to help the "right" people make the decisions?
