For his sake we can all hope the creator’s a man, and with any luck of the dirty old variety. On the bright side we sent 24 women to the Congress and six to the Senate. In the Senate that’s only 44 to go until we have roughly equal representation. Although the year of the women may not go down in the annals of history as one the great movements in politics, with these women comes the refreshing change of a different per spective. Rather than spending a lot of time dwelling on the political we thought we’d approach the year of the woman looking at women at PSU. We talked to and photographed five women all of whom bring different perspectives and experi ences to the University.
