The secret motto helps in the group's cohesiveness, as does the group's secret ceremonies. What all of these organizations have in common is a commitment to fellowship in the group and to strive for leadership qualities. Sharon Brabenac, faculty adviser to the Greek organizations, says that most of the volunteers she gets for university events are fraternity and sorority mem bers. They genuinely enjoy each other's company, the "sisterhood" that was mentioned to me. This is an ultimate goal of feminism: leadership building and teamwork among women. —Suzanne Levinson
