Organized in October 1989, the PSU Economic Association has grown from half a dozen organizers to over 30 members in less than a year. With the goals of providing a forum for students and faculty to express economic views, promoting develop- Economics Association ment of its members through club activities and providing the university with an organization dedicated to help– ing students in the pursuit of economic classes, the PSUEA has developed from a fledgling organization to viable partici– pant in campus academia. 155
