Ted Howser Ted Howser came with the dorm, has been with the dorm, and most likely will stay with the dorm a great deal longer. Like him, or dislike him, say what you want, you won't find any man as dedicated. The dorm has lasted under his manage­ ment, which says something anyway. Maybe it is because he has faith in young people - where would he be if he didn't?
