Stressing the role of women in higher education , Dr. Dorris Lee , Portland State education professor, told the group , " the left-handed approach of women to careers " rather than male prejudice is the biggest barrier against full partnership in the bus iness world. Women should pursue careers geared to the ir real abilities even if this leads them into so-called masculine fields.
