For a nominal charge, any stu­ dent may take a battery of apti­ tude, personal ity and voca tional interest tests. These comprehensive tests, when evaluated, offer to the counselor insight to assist the stu­ dent. The Counseling Service, each year, aids hundreds of Portland Staters with problems large and small. Dr. Keith Bell is head of counseling and testing. The Health Office, located on the second floor just off the library foyer, provides temporary and emergency car e by a registered nurse or the college physician. Often over-looked by the student, the health office is, in fact, a small hospital with emergency operating room and beds for the ill or in­ jured.
