Portland State College's sixth anniversary celebration was held Friday, February 10. Ceremonies o1>ened with a morning convocation at which President Branford Millar spoke on the relation­ ship of an urban college to its community. This was fol­ low~ by an informal lupch­ eon where $t'udent officers, administrative and faculty heads were hosts to city offi­ cials a!1d other Portland area leaders. Informal entertainment and cake cutting in the College Center followed. The Ink­ spors, nationally publicized quartet, were the highlight of the afternoon.
