Student leaders explain the government procedure. and the con.titu­ tion of PSC, and allempt to make the new student feel an integral pari of the government. The camp is not ju.t one big speaking engagement though, and the student can find much to relea.e his energies in the form of football, volleyball, and .oftball. Not all activities at the New Student camp were of a serious vein. Tenni., volleyball, football, and folk dancing occupied much of the time. 131
