Ambassador Wilhelm Grewe of the Federal German Republic to the United States spoke to a capacity audience in the Portland State College auditorium, February 29. The main concern of his discussion centered around the coming summit meeting this year. He seemed to feel that the position of Germany in the meeting held a great importance for the balance of power.
