DRAMA DEPARTMENT ASHER B. WILSON Professor of Theatre Arls During the 1959-60 season, the Portland State College players presented six major productions open to the public on the main stage of the College auditorium. In addition to these, nine student-directed one-act productions were presented on Stage 109. All major productions were staged and costumed by students working in the drama department under the supervision of departmental personnel. As an outside activity, members of Players also appeared in a reading of selections from "Midsummer Night's Dream" with the Portland Symphony Orchestra in Port­ land and Salem. Mr. Wilson, new to PSC this year, replaces Charles Gaupp. 172
