VICE PRESIDENT Brent Norman, vice president and head of the representative assembly has had a lively political background this year. The representative assembly has found itself in controversies often. They were forced into the newspaper strike and from this arose new conflicts. Doug Por­ ter was indicted for slander and court proceedings followed . A major issue was the ruling about the autonomy of the college center in controlling their budget­ ary funds. In all, this year has been a full one for the R. A. and Mr. Norman. 10
