BELL INCIDEN'T The University of Washington TEKE's stopped at PSC with their PSC brothers. The U of W TEKE's had gone to Eugene to get back their viclory bell. The PSC plotters shown with the TEK,E victory bell. The bell was stolen again wbile the TEKE's stopped at PSC. The University of Washington finally got their bell back. 217
