i NCEMENT Anna Lou Schreiber and Richard Powell sang "The Al­ mighty" for commencement ceremony. Two hundred fifty-nine Seniors received degrees from Port­ land State College at commencement exercises held in the Public Auditorium on June 15. Dr. C. Easton Rothwell, Director of the Hoover Institute on War, Revolution and Peace at Stanford University gave the address. Six honor students headed the class, three with high honors, three with honors. Dean Willard B. Spalding presented the class and President John F. Cramer awarded the degrees. Four years-and a paper Worth a fortune.
