B A N D The Portland State Band, under the direction of Mr. John Stehn, professor of mUSIC at the college, provided music for many functions during the year. The en tire band gave a concert in the park blocks during spring term, marched in the homecoming parade, and played at commencemen t. The pep band played for all Portland State fo otball and basketball home games.
