STUDENT COURT The student court, presided over by Justice Jerry Ack­ ley, considered cases, received disputes, made decisions popular and unpopular. Justice is always like that. Dr. Leroy Pierson, director of student affairs, kept an eye on things-saw that ballot boxes were not stuffed, judges were not bribed, and faculty members were not intimidated by students.
