O.C.E. SERIES The Vikings had their greatest success of the season against the Oregon College of Education Wolves, turning them back four times during O.CC play. In the frist home encounter the Viks over­ whelmed the Wolves 69-39. John Winters was good for ] 9 points in this one, while his partner, Jack Parker, garnered 16. . The second time the two teams met, the Green and White had a rough time turning the stubborn Wolves back 45-44 on the Wolves' court. It was a close contest all the way, with both squads em­ ploying a tight offense and defense. Once again Winters and Parker led the way as each collected 12 counters. The next two times out against the O.CE . crew, Jack Parker and Jim Perkins led the Viks to 65-50 and 75- 54 victories. The all-over shooting and re­ bounding strength of the Viks was more than the Wolves could cope with, as the Viks made a clean sweep of the series, 4-0. What's this-a ballet class?!
