DR. HOWARD IMPECOVEN Registrar Night Program and the Portland Summer session. In this capacity he comes into contact with many of the day students. Administrative Assistant, Dr. Errell E. Hummel, is responsi· ble for utilization and maintenance of the physical plant as well as planning for future physical needs. Mr. Clark P. Spur. lock, also an administrative assistant , is charged with building utilization for the large night program. Registrar for the General Extension Division is Dr. Howard Impecoven. With his assistant, Mrs. Helen Wilderman, he is Business Manager Assistant Registrar responsible for records from all phases of the Extension Division. Mr. Leslie B. Newhouse, Business Manager, is assisted by Mr. William T. Lemman, Jr., in handling the financial affairs of the Extension Division. General Extension Librarian is Dr. Jean P. Black. Mr. Donald R. Larson is Manager of Information Services in the Dean's Office. Assistant Business Manager 17
