Pi Epsilon Pi promotes interest and participation among girls in athletic activities­ and in the fields of health and sportsmanship. All girls attending Portland State who are interested in sports are welcome to become members. During the school year it carries on an extensive inter-collegiate sports program with other colleges in Oregon. Included in these programs are volleyball, basketball, swimming, softball, badminton. tennis, and folk and square dancing. 170
