MISS DOROTHY CLIFFORD Director The fall play of the drama department was John Patrick's THE CURIOUS SAVAGE presented in arena style in Room 106. Carol Montgomery performed the long and difficult role of Mrs. Savage very ably, supported by five new­ comers and five second-year students in the Portland State drama program. Monica Vohnson as Fairy Mae, Garland Moore as Jeff, and Lois Mason as Lillybelle were particularly noted for their fine performances.
