· BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION The Vanport business department is designed to meet the needs of those wishing a background in business regardless of their goals or plans. Three principal programs are offered for the benefit of these students. The first two are pre-business courses offered to freshmen and sophomore students. One leads to a degree in Business Administration at the University of Oregon and the other leads to a de­ gree in Business Technology at Oregon State College. The third is a terminal Business course de­ signed to meet the needs of those students who do not plan to work for a bachelor's degree, but who desire a business education beyond the high school level.
