ENGINEERS CLUB The Engineers Club is a continually changing element of Vanport College. In the past year, this element consisted of a nucleus of Mr. Greiling as club advisor and four officers, President D. Seiler, Vice-President J. Looney, Secretary R. White, Treasurer J. Aha, with the rest of the club members forming a compos ite group of active satellites. Next year's club will be built around a nucleus consisting of President B. Pail thorp, Vice President V. Grimshaw, Sec retary W . Bischoff, Treasurer J. Bashaw, held together by Mr. Greiling as the ad vIsor. The purpose of the club is to further engineering interests and stimulate par ticipation in school activities. The engi neering interests are brought to light by frequent movies and lectures on engi neering subjects. The school spirit is ac tivated by club participation in the vari ous school functions such as elections, intra-mural athletic games, sponsoring of candidates for various queens, and many other activities.
