Vanport traveled to E.O.C.E. for a two game series that ended ~ith each team taking one game. The "Green Machine" took the first one to the tune of 74-62, but the "Mountaineers" edged out Ager's crew in the second one by a score of 80-77. Bergman again led the Vike scoring parade with 15 in the first contest and a torrid 23 in the second one. Talbot pressed "Bergie" hard with his 14 points in the first game and Don Hoy was runner-up in the second fray.
