INTER-CLUB COUNCIL SPRING 1951 Acting as a planning com­ mittee between the clubs and student body the Inter-Club Council, plans all the student activitie s. Planni ng a ll the spring ac­ tivities this years spring coun­ cil worked out all the plans for the carnival, Anniversary Day, and dances.
