SCIENCE SENlflAR The Science Seminar is a service club, to promote in terest in science. Appl icants must be willing to further ~he aims of the Science Seminar, to be eligible' for mem bership. The group holds weekly meeting s for discu ssion in all fields of science. Guest speakers appear before the Seminar to further their knowledge in the field of science. A museum, to supplement the Science Department, has been set up in zoology laboratory. Maintainence of tropical fish aquaris and an unofficial ta xidermy class are activities of this year. Field trips are also a part of thi s organization. A trip to the Portland Gas and Coke Company, a trip to the Oregon coast, and a visit to the Marine In stitute of Bi ology at Coos Bay were completed by the group.
