A.W.S. incl udes in its membership all women students enrolled in the college. During fall term , the girls sponsored weekly social dancing in the student union for the benefit of all students. Members of A.W.S . also se rved as Hostesses at the Open House during Homecoming. In addition, they par­ ticipated in the noise parade which was held in connection with Homecoming. Student and faculty speake rs , student skits, motion pictures, and group discussions were presented at the semi -monthly meetings during the year.
