Neil Jaeger served both the lall and winter terms as business manager. John Daniels accepted the position dur­ ing the spring term. They were re­ sponstble lor making "lInancial ends meet." The school section was organized by Donna Day. With the assistance 01 a smali stall. Donna gathered inlor­ motion concerning the majors 01 Van- port students. . Burt Benson edited the club section 01 the Viking. Burt's responsibilities in­ cluded the supervision 01 club contracts. and gathering and rewriting copy lor the numerous clubs. Correcting the entire yearbook copy lor punctuation. grammar. correct in­ formation, spelling and style occupied the time of literary editor Floyd Lans­ don. Editor 01 activities, Louise Anderson, gathered and edited ali information concerning the many departments. and academic and social activities of Van· port. Rodger Eddy organized the sports department of the Viking. He turned in the copy for ali major varsity, jun­ ior varsity and intramural sports. The selling of advertising space was undertaken by members of A P 0, men's hor-orary fraternity. Staff photographers Bill Llewelyn, Bob Evans and Al Dunkley worked in the photo lab. developed and sized pictures, and photographed the entire campus Scene. Miss Hildegarde Weiss served as advisor for the staff members of the yearbook.
