Acting as a planning com­ mittee between the clubs and the student body, the Inter-Club Council plans all the social func­ tions of the schooL This council is composed of elected representatives from each school club_ They are responsi­ ble for all dances and social activities presented at Vanport College_ Money is appropriated by the student council from the school funds and the Inter-Club Council handles proper distribution to the clubs, under the direction of a selected chairman of the group.
