Don Buss Organized during the Winter mterm of 1950, the Vanport Square Dancing club, Twist and Twirlers, endeavors to promote interest in square dancing on the Vanport campus. Membership is open to aU students. Social activities sponsored by the club during the year included, a basket social held in May and a public square dance held in May. According to tentative plans for the future, Twist and Twirlers will sponsor the promotion of statewide square dancing.
