Bernice Johnson Editor Robert Fisk Assistant Editor Jacque Coon Art Editor VIKING Because of the flood and limited funds the activities of the school have been curtailed and the money allotted for year­ book publication has been the lowest ever. The Viking staff has tried to meet all handicaps and yet publish a complete and interesting yearbook. We regret that we were unable to include individual student pictures because of limited funds . In the future we hope the school will produce a larger and more complete yearbook. The Viking staff wants to express its sincerest gratitude to Mr. Albertson for his help and wishes him the best of luck when he leaves Vanport in June to become a student at Vaughn Albertson Adv isor Hazel Dempsey Social Edit or New York University, where he will study for his Doctor's de­ gree .
