President’s Message A primary mission of RAPS is to serve you, the members. Among other things, we provide a variety of monthly programs, several active ongoing groups, including the Book Group, the Hiking Group, and the Bridge Group. We are providing planning assistance for the President’s Annual Luncheon for PSU retirees in April. We are also working to extend some of the benefits currently available to some categories of retirees to a broader group – a RAPS proposal is under review by a University committee. Don’t miss out on what may become an annual RAPS event.
