Mark your calendar for Aug. 11 RAPS picnic RAPS’ annual picnic will kick off the 2009-2010 year on Tuesday, Aug. 11, at Willamette Park, SW Macadam and Nebraska streets, in Portland. The picnic gets under way at 3:00 p.m. and wraps up at 6. Bring your own beverages and a salad, hot dish, or dessert to share. Turkey, coffee, plates, silverware, and napkins will be provided.
