Tim Miller '88 is a vice presi– dent and relationship manager for che ommercial Banking Group for US Bank in Portland. Miller provides lending and relationship management t0 private and public companies with annual revenue in excess of $40 million. He lives with his wife and four chi ldren in Van– couver, Washington, where they enjoy swimming, tennis, and golf. He is active in his church and serves on the board of che Legacy almon Creek Hospital Foundation. Philip "Buzz" Poleson '88 teaches mathematics and phys– ics at Portland Waldorf chool in Milwaukie. 1990-1999 Bradley Arnston '90 is the president ofAlbina Fuel in Porrland, a fourth-generation, family-owned company. Kelly Hossaini '90, MURP '93 has been elected t0 the board of direcrors of che P U Alumni Association. Hossaini is a partner with the Miller Nash law firm. Jo Smith '90 is a leadership coach and speaker in Portland. Mohamed Al-Kadri PhD '91 is a senior research engineer with rhe California Department of Transportation. Al-Kadri was a visiting scholar at University of California - Berkeley, working on Intelligent Transportation Systems research. He is a found– ing member of rhe Nationa l ITS Arch ire ture and an adjunct professor ofsystems science at rhe Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering at an Jose care University. Dana Cofer '91 is the north– west director for Portland Energy Conservation, Inc. She live in Portland with her husband, Steven . Lucy Shipley '91 is rhe direcror of employee service in Human Resources at TriMec in Port– land. Shipley is married to Lane Shipley '92, MS '03. Wendy Crook Ryde '92, MA '97 has been assigned to rhe U.S. Embassy in Kuwait, where she will serve as consul general. Ryde joined the Foreign Service in 1999 and has served in Mus– cat, Oman; Budapest, Hungary; Port Louis, Mauritius; Mumbai, India; and Washington , D. Kimberly Fischer '92 is rhe accounting and human resources assistant at The Alli– son Inn & Spa in Newberg. Tia Vincent '93 is che sales manager for corporate hospital– ity and business development with the Portland Trailblazers. Corey Averill '94 reaches strings, orchestra, and 11 ch– grade music hisrory at Portland Waldorf School in Milwaukie. In addition, he is a professional cellist and operates a mu ic performance business, Duo con Brio. Averill lives with his wife, Michelle, and a son and daughter. Corey Averill '94 Janet Goldsmith MS '95 is a human resources manager for Intel Corporation. She lives in Porrland. Trey Maust '95 is co-president, chief executive officer, and a member of che board of direc– tors of Lewis & Clark Bank. Cynthia Pemberton EdD '96 has been awarded a Fulbright Scholar Award to teach at rhe University of Malta, in Misida, Malta, for the 2011-12 academic year. Pemberton is an associ- ate dean of the Idaho Scace University Graduate School and is a professor of educational leadership. HanifFazaJ '97 is founder and Seep Up program director for Open Meadow, an alternative middle and high school in north Portland. He is credited with increasing che school's yearly enrollment from 37 students to 300 scudents. Heidi Olson '97 owns a Port– land public relations firm that focuses on corporate speak- ing and awards program for technology companies. She is married to Tim Olson '94, and they live in Tigard with their rwo sons. Kellie VavRosky MBA '97 was named 2011 Chief Financial Officer of rhe Year for small private companies by the Port– land Business journal. VavRosky is the chief financial officer of VeriWave, Inc., a performance testing company for wireless data connection . The company is based in Beaverron. Olga Lafayette '98 was selected for rhe Portland Business jour– nal's 2011 Forry under 40 list. Lafayerre is pre ident of Lan– guage Fusion, a language service provider in Porrland.
