He and his wife, Sandra, are moving to an area near Mc. Shasta, California, where he plans on helping out with che local repertory. Karen Larsen '68 was recencly honored as a SO-year member of che Tualatin Grange. She has held nearly every important position in the organization. Dan Manassau '68 retired from Lockheed Martin Corporation. Manassau now spends his time serving on the board of directors of the Star One Credit Union in Sunnyvale, California. He and his wife recencly celebrated their 33rd weddi ng anniversary. Jeffrey H. Barker '69 is serv– ing a third term in the Oregon House of Representatives. Barker represents che cities of Beaverton and Aloha. Sylvia L. Estes Cary MST '69 owns Cary M usic Studios in Portland, where she has taught piano for the past 15 years. Jean (Marilyn) Clagett '69, a scu lptor, has relocated perma– nencly to Uppervi lle, Virginia, to be closer to her East Coast and European cliencs. Her life-size sculpture of Bruce Davidson, five-time Olympian equestrian, was recencly unveiled ac che Kencucky Horse Park in Lexington, a show faci lity for the 2010 World Equestrian Games. This October, she wi ll exhibit her work in Paris, France. Sculpture by Jean Clagett '69 1970-1979 Larry Jorgenson '71 is pastor of Porcland 's Trinity Lutheran Church and of Sc. Michael & All Angels Episcopal Church. Sharon Warren '71 is che new principal at Englewood Elemencary School in Salem. She was an instructional coach at Keizer Elemencary School. Mike Houck MST '72, PSU geography instructor and executive director of che Urban Greenspaces Institute, was recently inducted as one of 13 new honorary members of che American Society of Landscape Archiceccs. The award, given to only 111 people since 1899, recognizes non-landscape architects whose achievemencs are deemed co be of national or international significance. Kathleen Jordan '73 is a Shasta-Trin ity National Forest program management officer located in Redding, Califor– nia. Jordan has received the Rocary Incernational C li ff Dochterman Scouting Award for her distinguished and dedicated service to scouting. Grant R. Kane MSW '73 recencly retired from both his pare-time position as a human resource adviser for che federal governmenc and his full-time forensic social worker posi– tion for che state ofldaho. Kane has wriccen five books, raised four boys, and enjoys his eight gra ndchildren. Rick Sirianni '73 was named Ecumen ist of che Year by Ecu– menical Miniseries of Oregon for "his work for che common good." Sirianni, a Gresham pastor, recently served as a military chaplain at Landscuhl Regional Medical Cencer in Germany. He has been deployed four times since December 2003, including to New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina.
