'87 Scott Beaudry was recently elected to the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society, the highest scholastic honor a tu– dent in business admi nistration can achieve. Beaudry is a 199 1 graduate of the Wi lli am E. imon Graduate School of Busi– ness Administration, University of Rochester, N.Y. Janice Kurtz is the executive director of the American Adver– tising Mu eum. Kurtz, who has been with the mu eum since 1987, has served as program coor– dinator and program director. She assumed directorship of the museum June 1990. '88 Traci Campbell has uccessfu ll y completed the requirements to become a certified management accountant. Campbell works for the Georgia Pacific Corporation in Portland. Ronald K. elson MA is a teacher trainer at the Defense Language Institute in Monterey, alif. '89 David Gross works as a physical therapist at Rex Physica l Therapy in Seattle. Richard D. Johnson is li ving in Aurora, Colo., and working as a training pecial ist for Pay– less Drug tores. Johnson, who has been with ,__.....__..:...__ _. the company for I0 years, trains all management in Utah, olorado, and Wyom– ing on every aspect of the store. He relocated to Colorado in Augu t and is interested in con– tacting alumni in the area. Elaine Luckenbaugh is the rec ipient of a 199 1 First Year Tcacher Award presented by allie Mac, the Student Loan Marketing Association which is the nation's smgle largest source of education loan funds. Allen MBA '77 died September 20, 199 1. A llen, a su– pervisory accountant for the Bonneville Power A !ministra– tion, was stricken by an aneurysm on Sept. 3. He is ·ur– vivcd by his wife, C laire, and his mother, Mary Lee Young. Gray Lambert MBA '85 died August 14, 199 1, from AIDS-re– lated complications. Lambert, a eattle resident, was an active volunteer on behalf of gay rights and worked extensively with Seattle's Association of Gay & Lesbian Youth Advocates Lam– bert was employed by Boeing until his illnes caused him to retire. He is survived by his com– panion Douglas G.Jackowich; his father, William S. Lambert; and his brother, Kent C. Lambert.
