'60 Donald Rocks (BS) has been named executive assistant to Rena Cusma ('69 BS), executive officer of Metro– politan Service District, Portla nd. Rocks served as director of the Department of Administrative Ser– vices for Multnomah County from 1975 to 1982. '61 Donald R. Berry (BS) has been named vice president of tax man– agement for Pope & Talbot at the lumber firm's Po rtland headquar– ters. Lucille Noel (BS) hasjoined Leavitt Shay Real Estate Services, Seattle, Wash., as vice-president and man– aging director. She previously was vice-president ofasset management for Cornerstone-Columbia Devel– opment Co., Portland. '63 Dennis West (BA), deputy executive director of the Port of Portland, has been named president of the Colum– bia/ Snake River Marketing Group, an economic developme nt organi– zation of34 port districts in O regon, Washington and Idaho. '64 Terry Yamauchi, MD. (BS) has been named vice-chairma n of the Department of Pediatrics of Arkan– sas Children's Hospital in Little Rock. He is also a professor of pediatrics and Chief of Infectious Diseases at the University ofArkan– sas for Medical Scie nces. '66 Lt. Col. Jack Fisher (BS) recently marked 20 years as ajet fighter pilot with the O regon Air NationalGuard, including some 300 missio ns in Vietnam. He expects to stay two more years in the Guard before going into commercial aviation. '68 Elizabeth Rehm (BS) is working as a master teacher for U.S. Army fami– lies stationed in Fulda, West Ger– many. She is employed by the European Programs sectio n of Big Bend Community College in Wash– ington state. Hon. Michael McElligott (BS) be– gins the new year as a Wash ington County, O re. circuit court j udge. T he new j udgeship was authorized by the 1987 Legislature to deal with the backlog of cases in the state's fastest-growi ng county. McElligott has served as district courtj udge in Washington County since 1983. '69 Dustine "Dusty" Davidson (BS), sta– tion manager at KO IN-TV, Port– land, has been named manager of Oregon operations for California– Oregon Broadcasting, headquar– tered in Medford, Ore. (BS, '76 MST) recently completed his resi– dency at Oregon Health Scie nces University in Portla nd a nd has joined Portland Family Practice in Northeast Portland as an associate. '73 Alan J.
