Tamar Hare MPA works pan time as program manager for the Home Buil ders Foundation of Metropolitan Portland (HBF). Hare is responsible for HBFs major programs, including HomeAid Portland , a high school scholarship competition, community college scholarship programs, and fund raising. Leland Coxe PhD has been appointed a visiting assistant professor of public administra– tion at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas, for the 2004- 2005 academic year. Elizabeth Martin is principal at Decibel Communications, her own marketing, public relations, and event management consult– ing firm in Centennial, Col– orado. Jatin Patel is director of sales and marketing fo r Gresham Area Hotels and is a partner at the Hampton Inn in Gresham. ' Todd Baughman MS is princi– pal at Lyle Elementary School in Dallas. Baughman previously was a teacher and administrator at St. Vincent de Paul School in Salem. Kristin Glover is on staff in the membership department at the Home Builders Association in Portland . Glover works with the remodelers council and govern– ment affairs an d assists with membership drives and events. She previously worked for the Hillsboro Chamber of Commerce. Melanie Lawler graduated in May from University of South Carolinas international MBA program. corporate compliance officer for Samaritan North Lincoln Hospital (SNLH) in Lincoln City. Barton has received certification as a health care compliance professional by the Health Care Compliance Association. He has been with SNLH since 1995 and oversees eight departments with 65 employees. Laurence McCullough Ill is president or Dino Climbing Company in Atlanta , Georgia, where he produces climbing films, builds climbing walls, and manufactures climbing holds. David Barton is vice president of ancillary services and Lee Beckley is a graduate stu– dent in the school of education at Pacific University in Forest Grove.
