Poff was an in structional supervisor in mathe– mati cs for the Palo Alto, Cali f., Unified School District. '62 Lance Duley (BS ) has been ap– pointed director of life, health and disability sales for Maki Insurance in Seaside, Ore. Duley, who has a 20-year career in the insurance in– dustry, is a retired It. colonel in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves, and serves as president of the Marine Corps Officers Association and the Marine Corps League. Scott G. McNall (BA) is dean of Arts and Sciences at the University of Toledo, Ohio. McNall received his Ph.D. in 1965 from the Univer– sity of Oregon. Margaret Robinson (BS, '75 MS) writes that she has retired, and she and he r husband have moved to Cor– valli s to be near thei r youn ge r daughter. '63 Nancy Doherty (BS) was honored as an "Outstanding Teacher" by the Milton -Freewater, Ore., Masons. Doherty, who teaches fourth grade at Freewater School, has been w ith the school for 17 years. '64 Robert L. Costi (BS) is now dean of adm inistratio n and fin ance for Western States Chiropractic Col lege in Portland. Costi will head the college's non-academic divisions. '66 Robert Woody (BS ) and his wife Carol ('66 BS) have moved the ir South e rn Ca liforn ia mai l-orde r busi ness, FitnessStuff to Gresham, Ore.The I0-year-old company, sells women 's aerobics apparel. '67 Dennis C row ( MST ) ha s bee n c hose n s uper inte ndent fo r th e Sandy, Ore.,Union High School di s– trict. Crow has been acting interim superintendent there since April. '68 John Kinma n ( BA ) ha s bee n named president of U.S. Bancorp Mortgage Co. and group manager of U.S . Bancorp Real Estate Services in Portland. Larry Thompson Larry M. Thompson ( BS ) has jo ined G illaspie & Wilkinson, a per– sonal business consulting firm in Beaverto n, as vi ce pres ident of financia l services. Thompson is a member of the PSU A lumni Board. '69 Robert Byrne (BS) has joined Property Sales Inc. in Beaverton as a sales assoc iate. Byrne wi ll dea l prim aril y wi th co mme rci a l, in– dustrial leasing and fa m1 sales. Sho Dozono (MST) was e lected first vice-president of the Port land Visitors Association. Dozono is pre– sident and chief executive officer of Azumano Trave l, and a Port of Portland commissioner. Elizabeth Gill (MS ) is the new prin– cipal at Seth Lewelling Elementary School in Milwaukie, Ore. Gill , PSU 25
