Center Opens This Month The Model Cities Informa– tion Center located at 10 N.E. Graham will officially open July 12, 1968, at 2:00 p.m. The information Center is to perform at out-reach serv– ice to the residents of the area. Information concerning the Model Cities Program will be available to and received from the residents. ln addition to Model Cities Staff, the Center will offer services from other agencies. As of now, agencies commit– ted are: Community Relation Police - 7 days a week 2 to 10:00 p.m., Social Security Administration - every Tues– day, 1 to 4:00 p.m., Mult– nomah County Juvenile Court - Monday through Friday, 1 to 5:00 p.m., Federal Hous– ing Administration - every Thursday, 9 to 12:00 a.m., Representative from Gover– nor's Office, Community Re– lation Representative from Mayor's Office. Other agencies are being contacted to staff the center at different intervals. These agencies are present to pro– vide information and service to the residents of the area. Residents of the area are invited to the open house on July 12, 1968, at 2:00 p.m. to participate in the opening of the First Model Cities In– formation Center. Agencies that are committed, city of– ficials, television, and news– papers, as well as local lead– ers are also invited to the open house.
