REID is the Senior Vice President, Senior Credit Officer and Emerging Business Group Division Head of U.S. Bank where her responsibilities are to grow market share across the company’s metropolitan footprint by becoming central to the financial lives of her customers. Prior to her current role, Mrs. Reid held many different positions within the organization over the past 26 years. She has worked in the retail branches, corporate law division, mergers and acquisitions division, commercial banking, and the metropolitan business banking division. Her current team has more than 60 employees and focuses on businesses with annual sales greater than $10M. In addition, Nanette oversees the McDonald’s Franchise Lending Group for U.S. Bank. Nanette received both a B.S. (2001) and an MBA (2003) from Portland State University’s School of Business. In addition, she is a 2012 graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School and she is a Gallup Certified Strengths- Based Coach. Nanette serves her community by Chairing the Oregon Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society’s Board of Trustees as well as being a member of the Portland State University School of Business — Business Advisory Council. Nanette and her husband have three children, ages 25, 20 and 13, and reside in Scappoose, Oregon. 15
