RECORDS MBSWW K 22M773 LOOKING FOR THIS RECORD FOR YEARS/ Clinton St. Quarterly C| he Baja Hacienda invites you to a new experience in Mexican- R American dining. While most Mexican-American restaurants serve dishes coming from the areas next to the border, we have chosen to focus on the marvelous cuisine that has developed in and around the port cities of Mexican, for it is there that food products from other parts of the world are readily available. Naturally, with, international trade comes the valuable exchange of ideas and culinary styles. Thus we find a fine variety of foods prepared in exquisitely different ways. The Baja Hacienda invites you to join in exploring the delightful tasty recipes of the coast as well as the border and midlands of Mexico. We are hoping to provide a special and pleasing view of the many and varied savory charms of Mexican cuisine.
